8th Annual Seafood Workshop 2012
Each year Plant & Food Research organises a technical workshop for seafood industry specialists to hear about the latest research and technical developments in seafood processing and preservation. The workshop is well known for offering practical solutions to address the most significant issues affecting the industry each year.
